Mid week meal prep... Looked in the refrigerator and I saw no food containers. The chicken chickpea Masala I made got my family to guess what day it is "hump day" . So I'm in the chicken cooking up something. I dizzled evo in a pan added eggplant, chickpeas, onion, corn , Lima beans, and seasons that cooked up something delish. I'm determined to not put harmful ingredients into my body...I will keep at a more clean eating lifestyle. Not to mention my face is getting skinny in pics YAY!!!! I weighed I plan to do that in two weeks. We will see!!!
